Excellent. They are a professional organization. The estimate was done in a timely manner and the price was competitive. The work was scheduled for soon after. The workers arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left the worksite clean. The fence is beautiful. i am a very satisfied customer.

They came out to do an estimate, but the representative learned that he would be required to charge $100 more. They called and told us and explained why: it didn't pay to send a truck for less than that, but that they didn't want to surprise us on the day they came to do the work. We were impressed by their honesty, especially since $100 would not have made or broken the deal. They put up the fence cleanly, courteously efficiently and professionally. It was probably the most "hassle-free" job we have had done in years. Our only minor criticism was that it took several phone calls on our part before they returned our call. However, given the quality of their work, this was a minor inconvenience.

They arrived a little bit later than scheduled but they called to explain, and the owner explained again personally when they arrived; it was a set of unfortunate circumstances and I was fine with it. They were very efficient and professional. Both the owner and the sales representative were on site, plus they had a number of laborers helping them. When my neighbor complained about the fence placement they looked at my survey and took the initiative in going over to talk to my neighbor. They then took the safer approach, making sure we wouldn't have any problem later, by moving the fence in the inch that was in question. We've had ongoing problems with that neighbor so I'm not sure I would have done that without their advice and guidance, and in retrospect it was the correct decision. They finished the job in one day, removed all debris, and left the yard looking clean and neat. And we love our fence! It seems very sturdy, it's attractive, and the gates are really easy to open and close. I gave two B-ratings above: the Punctuality rating is explained above. I understood completely, but the fact was that they were late so I couldn't give them an A in that category. As for Responsiveness, they were both responsive and cooperative overall, but I did call once and someone took a message for the individual I had to speak to, and then I had to call again a few days later, because the person didn't call us back. So, I had to give them a B for that. I really thought they did great work, and they were both professional and very nice, We would definitely recommend them!

At first it was hard to get someone to come out to give us an estimate. Out of 6 attempts, 3 were rescheduled because of rain and two were cancelled on me last minute because they overbooked and I got bumped to a later date. Finally, Jan came out and walked our property. She was extremely nice and informative - even gave me local addresses of fences they installed in my neighborhood so that I could evaluate their work. We discussed what was needed and I decided on the style I wanted. We then agreed upon a price and scheduled a time for the installation. Although this price was a little higher than the competitors we had previously met with, I decided on this company and this fence because of the positive reviews here and the 50 year warranty on the PVC fence. Workers arrived on time as scheduled and the demolition of the existing wood fence was extremely fast. Posts were installed and the stockade fence went up that same day. The following day, the PVC gate and fence were installed. Workers were very polite and cleaned up as they worked. Our fence looks great and the work is solid. We even have a 50 year warranty on the PVC fence, which I do not believe too many fence companies offer. I would recommend this company.

They actually came earlier than they said because it was supposed to take 3 weeks to get the stuff in, so they were very punctual. The guy was terrific that did the work. They definitely came when they said they would come. They called the day before. They were very courteous and I am very happy with the work. Their price was medium.

Three guys including one owner did whole job in a few hours. Took out old fence and carted it away. Did a great job nice and neet. The only thing was they were suppose to come by 9am but they did call to tell me they would be late. They came around 1:30.I would highy recommend this company!! They did great work!

They were good. They were really quick and measured what I needed and gave me a price. I went with another company because I got a better price than what they gave. They seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He was on time. I might not use him in future because his prices were high.

Jan the salesperson was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me differences in fencing and show me samples. There was a slight mix up in installation dates, but the installation crew awaited my arrival and the installation was completed in a day. The installers did a great job, going around the tree which is right on the fence line. They had to dig holes in the driveway to place the new posts, and there was virtually no damage to the driveway, even though I had been made aware that there may be. They cleaned up completely, there was no left over debris from either the tear down or installation. The fence looks great, I recommend highly.

After shopping around, we found Precision Fence on Angie's list and went to their store. Evidently our timing was great because they had the type of fence that we wanted because someone else had cancelled their special order. Precision was happy to be able to sell it quickly to us and at a fair price, less than the other places we had been to. The owners were very accomodating and nice. We scheduled the job and after 1 delay due to excessive rain, they came. The only issue we had was that they were late in arriving and they said the job would only take a couple of hours but it took 4.5 hours instead. Other than that, the job seems to be great so far.

Excellent job. Two workers came and did the job in one day. The carted the old fence away and cleaned up after themselves. The fence looks beautiful. The post were properly installed with cement. I chose a larger bottom rail than the standard 6 inches which is supposed to be sturdier. The fence has a 50 year warranty.

I think that they did a very good job and I was very pleased with the work. They were professional and answered all of my questions. I would recommended them to other people any time. They are accurate in their work and detailed in the answers to my questions. They did a good job.
