It went fantastic. From the salesman to the installers I was well informed and kept in touch with every step of the way. There was a small hiccup with the type of lattice and color I chose but once I was informed of the problem they went above and beyond to keep me happy. We also had a problem with my neighbors fence in that it was really old and most of it was leaning toward my property, (I had previously asked them if they wanted to split the cost for the fence...they said no) but Precision went the extra mile and spoke to them about taking their fence down and "Doing The Job Right" (that was their term). They agreed and Precision took down their fence at no cost to either of us. I would recommend Precision Fence Co. everyday of the week and twice on Sunday!!!!!

Salesperson, Jan, sold me on the quality of the fence and installation. Three person crew, led by Tim, did a great job. Fence looks very nice.

I'm a very particular and inquisitive person.? I usually have a lot of questions and pay close attention to detail.? Even with these annoying traits,? Precision fence got an A+ from me. I met with Mike who was friendly & very patient as he answered all of my questions. He was very responsive with any additional questions or changes I had during the time before the installation of the fence. Tom called about a week before the install date to schedule it and arrived on time the day of (which I always appreciate). Tom & the guys who did the install got it done efficiently and it was done the same day. Anytime he had a question during the install,? he would ask me instead of just making the call.? This made me really happy bc I always like to be involved in the decision making on how something will look on my property instead of just letting people decide what they think I'd want. ?I Love the way the fence looks and am so happy to finally have privacy! I'm really happy I decided to go with Precision fence. I would absolutely use them again and would 100% recommend them to my closest friends & family.

The salesman was very knowledgeable.  I like the fact that he did not beat up on his competitors.  He used his timely wisely on advising us why his fence and installers were superior to most.  We had already shopped around and found that the pricing was not lowest but not the highest either.  We were sold on the quality of the fence which was more important to us.  we wanted something that would last and a company that was highly rated to ensure that potential warranty services in the future would be honored as outlined in the contract.
We agreed to the job the same day of our appoinment.  We also went to the shop and previewed the material.  We were told that the office would call us on Saturday to schedule the job.  Saturday came and went no call.  We called Precision and they advised due to bad weather the previous week they had to cancel somejobs which would take priority over the upcomming jobs.  I totally understood but wished someone would have called to convey that on Saturday.  A suggestion for them would be to the have the scheduler reach out to the customers on hold to communicate backlog. 
Precision called me the following Saturday and scheduled the job for Tuesday 10/6 at 9am.  They showed up at 10am.  I liked that as soon as they got there the foreman went around the property and communicated all challenges.  He removed walkboard and flower bed rails that my husband was supposed to do prior to thier arrival was not able to do without any additional charge.  There were 3 men on the job.  The completed the project  by 6.  We walked around with a level and was pleased with the outcome.  I think they did a fantastic job and look forward to utilizing them again for future projects!!

We had a great experience with Mike and his team. The estimate was scheduled quickly and was right in line with the other estimates we received. My calls were always returned quickly. They worked around our schedule. The crew was very professional and the quality of their work was great. The whole job was finished in one day without a shred of mess for us to clean up. We would happily recommend Precision Fence Co.

Install went perfect. The 2 installers were punctual, neat, professional, polite and did a beautiful job installing the railings. Michael, the owner, has been responsive to a follow-up concern and I'm very happy with the resolution.

So far, our contacts with Precision Fence have been successful.  When we first called, they sent out someone fairly quickly to come and give us an estimate. They also gave us a fair price and seem to be using quality materials.

Based on my previous experience with this company, I decided to use them to replace a 20 year old deck.  I was not disappointed.  The selection process was pleasant.  The work was performed efficiently and the cleanup was complete.  I am extremely happy with the finished product.

From beginning to end, this was a pleasant experience.  The available material was explained to us very well and because of this, we were able to pick the material we needed without spending more than we had to.    The installation crew showed up on time every day, performed their work efficiently, and cleaned up all debris.  The finished product is a beautiful piece of work and I would not hesitate to use this company again

An overall great experience.  The first meeting with Bill, the salesman went very well.  He gave us his input and was not pushy in any way.  They scheduled the job when they said they would be able to, they were on time and very professional.  The installers were very patient and made sure I was happy with where the fence was going to be before they started.  The workmanship was top quality with no shortcuts taken.  They did a great job, do not hesitate to contact these guys.

For fencing, I ended up using Precision Fence. I would say about 5 to 6 people came out and it took them about one and a half days for them to complete it. Everything was very good when they got finished. There were no problems with the sturdiness of the fence, not yet. This experience was very good. The quality of the fence is holding up very good.

I just can't say enough about these guys. I used them for my own fence and so have two of my neighbors. One who told me they will be hiring them again in a month or so for more work. I called them for an estimate on my Mother's deck  Mike the owner came out and gave a fantastic price. They are the most honest guys I have ever dealt with and Joe  (Mike's brother) installed the deck, he was such a pleasure to have around. He even made the deck much wider and better than I could have imagined.  I recommend them to anyone who asks and I wish they did everything. I have never met such nice honest young guys who own a company and treat everyone equally and with such respect. My Mother is senior so by them making the deck wider and safer for her on their own shows great integrity. They are simply the best.

The two guys from Precision arrived right on time, and took care of everything, working through the rain that started until all the work was completed.  Both were very professional, pleasant to work with, and kept me informed of what they were doing.
