MY NEW GAS FIREPLACE IS GREAT! I FEEL LOWE'S DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF COORDINATING ALL OF THE VARIOUS COMPONENTS OF INSTALLING THE FIREPLACE, THE INSTALLATION OF THE TILE SURROUND, AND THE REMODELING OF THE AREA AROUND THE FIREPLACE.

I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALL OF THE DOOR. THE NEW DOOR LOOKS WONDERFUL ON THE FRONT OF THE HOME. THE WORKMANSHIP ON THE DOOR WAS A SUPERIOR QUALITY.

ALTHOUGH LOWE'S PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, THE OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR THAT WAS SENT TO DO THIS JOB WAS BARELY CAPABLE. OTHER CONTRACTORS THAT ARE WORKING ON THE HOUSE HAVE COMMENTED WITHOUT PROMPTING ABOUT THE SHODDY WORKMANSHIP. IF I WAS TO DO WORK WITH LOWE'S AGAIN I WOULD BE SURE NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.
