I can't say enough about this company. I had new windows put in; Sean had to actually build the frame for one of them; it was a picture window that held 4 double hungs. What an amazing job he did with that one and the bay window. His work is perfection. Their estimate was very affordable and the work done in the time he allotted. I have used McLeod 2x now and will do it again if need be. Will definitely recommend his work.

Wow! I had a few other estimates done and NONE of the other contractors would listen to what I(or my partner) wanted done. Sean and his crew were outstanding. They were on time and stayed until the job was complete; working from 8am till actually past dark. They even did a little extra job that I asked them to. Their work was done very conciously not wanting to due something that they wouldnt want done in their own home. If it wasn't done right they redid it. What an amazing find! Thank you!!!!

Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Repair
Sean was the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced with a contractor. I paid him $5,000 in advance, and for six weeks he had excuse after excuse (worked perhaps a total of five days in six weeks), then ran from his responsibilities. This is a restaurant he's delaying opening, and he costing me thousands for another contractor to clean up his mess...Sean can install baseboard trim and hang a door, but anything else is beyond his abilities. "Richard paid me $5000 to start a project.(5-6 week project) We started 8/1/13, we didn't get permits till 8/29/13. Couldn't do any work outside of building. We didn't get permit for inside framing till first week of Sept. Richard claims I only worked 20, I have a journal that says different. Richard failed to pay his 3 week obligation of the contract. Richard to date still owes me money for material and the money I paid for an electrician that he had show up on the job. Also August was a bad month personally. My brother passed away 8/17/13. My son had surgery 8/22/13. Had to put my dog down on 8/23/13. Richard can say what he wants."

Sean responded promptly and courteously. I was in NYC for a funeral when the work had to be done. Just returned and found a tough job beautifully handled. I will be falling back on Sean's skills once again in the very near future.

Actually McLeod finished a downstairs bathroom for me and did a really good job. I am happy with the finished room and the job was completed in a very short time. He cleaned up very nicely after each day he spent in my house working on the room and I believe the price was very reasonable. I look forward to having him complete an upcoming project I'm planning in the fall.

"This started out to be a sheetrock repair job. That turned into digging and installing 70 feet of drain tile outside of house due to pitch of front yard. The sheetrock repair was due to water in the walls from water outside of house. Paula the homeowner was great to work for."

I have only good words to say about Sean. I am so happy that I found this site and that he was recommended to work for me. Sean is very professional and does wonderful work. He was on time for all of his appointments and has very good work ethics. I had been trying for about 6 mos to find a person to build me a set of steps before I found Sean. I would get estimates but no one would show up to do the work or they charged what worked out to be 300.00 an hr!! Thank God for Sean, I now know I have a reliable person to call on when I have things that need to be done around my home.

He provided an invoice of charges - very, very reasonable; he is very courteous, and trustworthy - listened to what I had to say and gave a few pointers. I'm very satisfied with the work he did (replaced window pane) - cleaned up the area; - and followed up with ideas for my future projects. I surely plan to use him again.
