garage door opener kept getting stuck and couldn't close the door.... Called to get a repair and owner jeff said he would be there in a half hour  and it was an 85.00 service call... He came, adjusted and lubricated the door....Charged only 50.00 because it was just a lubrication....Great service...Would use company again....

It was wonderful working with Jeff.  He is very knowledgeable and is very prompt & professional.  I would recommend South Shore to anyone needing ANY work done on garage doors...from minor fixes to new installations.

South Shore did a great job. He was fast, efficient and very helpful. I had nothing but problems with my garage door until I found South Shore!

I called early Friday evening and Anthony called me back Saturday morning and we set up a date for that Monday.  On Monday, he called to tell me he was on his way and he arrived promptly.  The owner Jeff came later and they were efficient, professional and hauled away the old unit.  They were both very nice people and their work was excellent.  I have already recommended them to two people.

I left a message on Friday. I was contacted on Monday morning and had the repairs completed on the same day The service done professionaly and at a reasonable price.

It was fine. Everything was fixed. Its been a few weeks and I have had no problem.

It went very well.  They were on time and polite and clean.  The situation was resolved in 30 minutes and he was kind enogh to give me a little discount on the hurly cost.

I have uses SS Garage to install my door.  They were very nice to deal with and price was very competitive.  I used them because others in my neighborhood recommended them.

I called this company on a Saturday and Jeff the owner called back within a few hours. We set up an appointment for the following Monday for 10am. Jeff arrived promptly to look over the job, measure and explain what was to be done.
We set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. Jeff sent Anthony and he arrived on time. Anthony did the installation and completed the job in about 4 hours. Anthony did a clean professional installation and I was quite happy with the finished product.
And he took the old doors away.
This company is punctual, does what they say they will do and at a fair price. And the quality of the doors and workmanship can't be beat. I highly recommend this company.

Called back within an hour after I left a message. Gave me a price over the phone. After I accepted the price, scheduled the job for the next day. Came when he said he'd come, was pleasant and professional, worked quickly, removed old garage door opener and installed new one, left no debris or other sign of work. New opener works great (quiet, convenient, etc.). Excellent experience.

I called mid-evening on Sunday. I received a call back in about 20 minutes. On a Sunday night? Already I was impressed. Anthony listened to what we needed and assured me he could take care of it. We had the ceiling our garage replaced and the wiring for the openers was a disaster, and one opener wasn't properly bolted to the ceiling. They came today and did a very neat job with the wiring. They made sure both doors open and close properly, and handled everything with complete professionalism. And at a price that was much less than I expected. I will easily use them again and highly recommend them.
