Do youself a favor and don’t hire! The salesman Eddie will sell the project And then you meet the owner Vinny. I have an old house and it didn’t have a C of O so certain permits needed to be obtain in order to finalize. Well the architect and Eddie made it seem like It was cake not their fault but a lesson I learned. They left a mess in the yard I’m still finding nails in the grass. Damaged my trex deck. Left a adjoining wall they had to partially knock down crooked. Brand new hardwood floors warped in the hallway. They cut the holes in the Sheetrock for the switches for the lights to big so there are now spaces after the cover plates were installed. I asked for the floors to match I was told I had to pay extra for staining so I said ok after back and forth I was told not to stain the floors that natural color would match well now my 2nd floor is dual colored(I even told them I’d pay to sand the existing floors so they can stain the whole 2nd floor and I was blown off by Vinny) it took over 2 weeks for them to come and fix a piece of siding that had fallen off so guess what birds started to nest in the attic! I can’t make this up! the guys he hires to do the spackiling/compounding are the worst they left globs of spakle everywhere stepped in it and walked all over the house. And the best for last the framers on day 1 framed the cielings 7 feet high instead of 8 the whole ceiling had to be raised except for the side of the room( because the roof was on already)looks like I have a bedroom in the attic cause the ceilings were slanted we were so unhappy he had his guys construct this box to hide the fact I have pics of this all I wouldn’t have bothered writing anything but after the last convo I had with him he threatened me. I was gonna fire him but the 401 rehab loan I took out would be a complete nightmare to hire someone else the bank will not release him the $ cause the job still isn’t finished. We’ll see his guy supposed to be coming this week.

Very efficient schedule. Once permits were issued. we were given a written schedule that was adhered to, except for when there was a day delay due to my dissatisfaction with sheetrock/taping which was quickly attended to. Vinnie was always available and attentive, taking care of any issues I had no matter how small. As a courtesy, (or sympathy) he fixed a few minor "handy man" jobs previously done by my husband. 4 1/2 stars in quality only because the sheet rock crew didn't even have their own ladder, they borrowed my step stool and seemed inexperienced/shoddy. Vinnie and April (admin. assistant) were helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, 5 stars for that! I would use Fine Finish again.

Fine Finish does solid ,good work,but towards the finish of the project,they slow down,making it difficult to get things completed,and seem slow to correct.problems

After years of imagining my home Fine Finish Construction made it a reality. Vinny spent hours with my husband and I to make sure we were satisfied. Throughout the project I was kept up to date on the status of the project. I would definitely recommend Vinny again.

Vinny had some great ideas and worked very hard to stick to our budget and timeline for our renovation. He aimed to please. Anytime I ever asked Vinny to do something he was very reasonable and it was completed in a reasonable manner. I have received nothing short of rave reviews on the finished project.

Very happy with the work this company did for me. Everything in my house came out looking wonderful and just what I have always dreamed of. All the workers made sure to clean up at the end of each day and accommodate all of goals for my dream home. It was worth every cent. I have received so many compliments on it. I would love to hire Fine Finish again.

We had good experience with Fine Finish to modify our garage to a master bedroom with a bathroom and some repairings from a fire demage. Fine Finish is a good contractor to work with, they have very skilled workers doing high quality works in our time line.

They were courteous, neat, friendly, did what I wanted. They were very open to any changes I wanted done.
