This company has been disastrous. I was left with a sense of false security. Everything seemed okay until he got his money. At that point, it has been a complete hassle to get in touch with them and have them finish the work that they were hired to do.

I found the workers and the owner to be very kind they are always professional and polite to deal with I also found him to be extremely flexible with their time and when you have children that is a huge help. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family

Prompt service. Great customer service. Reasonable and flexible pay options. Rep came and did a thorough assessment and was candid and professional in his assessment. There was no scare tactics or a hard sell. Crew came a day later, in time and updated the electrical box and system. Professional and communication was clear. Highly recommend and satisfied.

I called on Tuesday afternoon and (remarkably) a full crew arrived 7:30am the very next morning. I assume, Richie, who first assessed the problem, on Tuesday, convinced the boss, Lenny, that the situation required immediate attention. We are grateful for their decisions. As it turned out, we had guys working on the roof, on the side of the house, in the basement and in the kitchen. The crew were all extremely efficient, effective, and very personable. They explained, in detail, what the problem(s) were and how they would fix it. Five guys worked very hard and everything was completed in 3 hours. They were all fantastic.

They came on time did a good job but very expensive. I needed to have a light switch changed and it cost me $275. After talking to friends in the area about it I was told I could have gotten it done a lot cheaper. But if you have money to spend and you're not a single mother like me then these guys are definitely for you.

The fire department was called to our home on a Saturday night as our main circuit box was catching fire. The fire department recommended we contact an electrician immediately for assistance, as they had to shut down the power to our home. Having a one year old and being relatively new home owners we were quite shaken and not sure what to do next. We had never worked with an electrician before, so we turned to Home Advisor for help. Lenny from Neighborhood Electric, Inc. called us immediately and was at our home within a half an hour. Lenny quickly diagnosed the issue and put our minds at ease as he got to work getting us temporary power to get us through the night so that we didn t lose the food in our fridge. He guaranteed our safety and was back at 7:30 on Sunday morning to get us a new, updated circuit box. He and his crew were quick, efficient, clean and incredibly courteous, entering our home with masks and appropriate precaution during the COVID-19 outbreak. I cannot thank Lenny and his workers enough for the amazing service they provided as well as the peace of mind so that we know our family is safe. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.
