Vance did a great job. We are very happy with our pool. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy with the pool and the overall job. Definitely hire him if you need a pool.

Professionalism was service was second to none! After a bad experience with my previous installer, Vance came out and inspect a horribly done job and for a very fair price, reinstalled my above ground 33’ circular pool. The customer service and knowledge put my mind at ease after a horrible experience and bad thoughts of not having my pool for summer 2025. Vance and his team installed my pool within 6 hours and got it filled on Saturday and the following Monday. If you are looking for any pool services, Pool Builders of America is your one stop shop for in-ground pools, above ground pools, decks, patios, etc.

Everything was really great, any questions I had Vance answered them in layman terms so I could understand what was going on. Review for Pool Builders USA/Pool Builders of America/Vance I hate to leave this review, but buyer beware when it comes to dealing with this pool builder. While the initial interactions with Vance were very positive, the experience quickly deteriorated due to missed timelines and unfulfilled promises. Vance required significant payment upfront but failed to deliver the project in full or on time as promised. Initially, he committed to completing the project within three months, but there were significant delays, and it ended up taking almost nine months to even come close to completion. Eventually, I had to ask him not to return to the site because of the ongoing issues. I cannot, in good conscience, let the overly positive reviews remain unchallenged. My experience was extremely frustrating, and I feel others should know about these challenges before making a decision. Once again, buyer beware when it comes to any interactions with Vance

I had an excellent experience with Vance and his team for closing my pool this season. Vance was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated their attention to detail and how they made the process stress-free. I’ll definitely be using them again next year and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable pool maintenance!

Thank You! Pool Builders of America. We love our new pool! When we went to open our old pool we realized it wasn’t going to survive another year. We contacted pool builders and we received quick service for purchase and scheduled installation. We had to wait for weather /rain storms but once the crew was here they were friendly, efficient, fast workers and the pool went up very quickly and we’ve have been enjoying it so much!

It was not something we planned for. We didn’t think it was a possibility because of our limited space. After we cleared our small lot we realized we could possibly fit a pool. Our contractor recommended Vance and 2.5 weeks later our pool was being installed and in a spot that other companies said wouldn’t be possible. Our pool is heated we keep it open straight through mid-October….love it.

We had a vision for what our backyard would be with a pool and Vance and Nick exceeded our dreams and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!!! We only wish we had done this at the beginning of the summer instead of August!! We have such a beautiful family gathering spot that we will be enjoying for many many years to come!!!
