I had Expressway put a new roof on my main house and cottage in May, 2017. Just recently, I had a small issue that needed attending. Tony and his brother came over within days to fix the problem. They are extremely reliable and responsive. I have no reservations in recommending them. I would absolutely use them again.

Tony from Expressway, responded right away and we made an appointment for the next day, which was Sunday. He took pictures on the roof around the skylights and showed us where the problems were. He explained exactly what the problem was and how to resolve it. Gave us a written estimate and then hired him. There work was neat and they cleaned everything up. Was very satisfied with them. Would highly recommend .

Tony and his crew are extremely courteous, professional, and conscientious . Very fair pricing for the thoroughness of the work performed. I Highly recommend this company for any of the services they provide.

I received 3 roofing estimates, but Express Way was the only to thoroughly understand the full scope of the project (water infiltration into the basement) and recommend all of the correct fixes (repair/replace 2 gutters, add valley flashing at roof/wall intersection, replace building paper on wall below and replace flashing at wall/porch intersection to divert water away from foundation). Both other companies just offered band-aid solutions to the gutters and/or tried to up-sell replacing gutters that were not involved in the basement leak. Express Way's work was completed all in one day and has not leaked since. We just had the first heavy rain since the work was completed and the basement remained dry. We're very happy with their work and will keep them in mind for any future roofing or chimney work we might need!

I hired them for removal of a masonry chimney. Tony came out for the estimate, Tony's brother did the actual work. They did a great job, within the estimate quoted in the time frame promised.

Of the three that gave me quotes, Expressway explained all they were going to do, did not try to over do the job and answered all my questions in a way that instilled the most confidence. Even though all three each gave me three quotes each lower than the last, I chose the highest final quote. Expressway did an excellent job. I was not disappointed, I was very happy with everything they did.

Express Way gave me a fair price for the work that we wanted done and they did all of what we wanted them to do very professionally. They arrived when when they said they'd be arriving and completed the work on time. They were accommodating to our questions seemed very knowledgeable on the work and topics. They explained everything along the way and took care of some other issues that we raised during the work without a problem. Cleanup was thorough. The contractor, Tony, was very easy to work with and followed through on all aspects of the job.

Kind, smart and efficient. Initial evaluation was thorough and actually went up on the roof to see the problem area, then fully explained. It's a relief to see an owner on site, in work clothes - beware the ones with shiny shoes, fancy car and a clip board! Not these guys - very professional. While on site, Tony looked around and noted 3 other issues. With no extra cost to me, he put back siding that was loose or had fallen off; repaired the wood rot around an upper window and replaced new aluminum molding to exactly match the adjacent window; and repaired my very leaky sky lite. I'm always impressed when a professional repair person can't leave a job without the premises being perfect even though it wasn't part of the immediate problem... and they come with fully equipped trucks for every job! Call them with your issues.
