Can I give 10 stars? I called last minute on a weekend .company owner came out on the same day. Looked at my leaky skylight. Gave me a quote. Returned one business day later to fix it.

This company owner was terrific. He explained every step and offered options very clearly and then did a great job pulling out a leaky bad skylight and putting in a strong replacement. He went above and beyond (even attending to another skylight which barely leaked at all and is now perfect). I completely recommend him.

I needed a large fixed skylight converted into a hatch skylight of a custom size. company owner provided transparent pricing, a schedule for the work, and explained every delay that would be encountered. He then executed the work exactly to his plan. His work was of the highest quality and his pricing was very fair.

Highly recommend from Express Way Roofing. They sent a professional team to measure for the replacement of my skylight and explained the complete installation process. When the skylight arrived they prepped the areas inside and outside my home with drop cloths to ensure job cleanliness. After rebuilding the curb the skylight was installed and sealed. Excellent service! And I love my new skylight.

The work was professionally done and I was kept in the loop of any issues, such as even more of the roof needing replacement. I was showed the additional issue found and was asked for the ok to add to the estimated repairs.

I consider the roof of a property so essentially important, I went with Express Way Roofing . They did a great timely install. Wonderful craftsmanship and materials.No roof is without leaks, but Express Way Roofing are only a call away. They are prompt and fix the leak asap. I appreciate it and my tenants appreciate it.

They are nice guys but do not know what they are doing. They replaced my flat roof in 2018. It leaked immediately, and they came back about five times to try to fix it. They would fix it, and soon it would start to leak again. Also, they installed a roof coating which peeled off--they promised to replace it but just kept delaying doing it and then said that the price of the coating has gone up, so they will not do it. The roof is still leaky, and they have refused to replace the coating. Good luck if you use them.

They fixed the damaged and missing shingles on my roof last month... They did a great job. One day. In and out. New shingles look just like the old ones (I was worried they would not match and stand out like a sore thumb).

Did emergency repair of my chimney after major leak from heavy rain. Installed a custom made storm cover on chimney the next day. Great crew, great price. Highly recommend especially if you have an emergency.
