I hired Country Fence and signed a contract on 4/27/16. made fist payment on 5/10/16. They scheduled to come do my fence on June 7th, I took off work and got a call that morning stating they wanted to cancel because the two gates had not arrived. I asked them to please come do the fence as scheduled because my dogs were getting out, they did. They made it very clear that I would have to "wait for weeks" before they could come back to finish the project and install the two side gates. John said it would be the end of June...I called at the end of June and he said he was too busy to do it and to wait until mid July. Mid July I called and was told to wait until August because he was still too busy and that if I had not insisted on him putting up the fence without the gates I would have had the job finished by now! I started calling and leaving messages at the beginning of September....today 9/18 I finally got a callback and was told "I have no time to do your gates, get someone else". I asked why and he repeated, "I don't have time to do it....just get someone else." I asked about the payment and he said..."you were only charged for what I did". Which is not true. The original quote which included repair of existing gate and adding a side gate to the left side of my house and installing a new one on the right side was for $1730. They debited my account a total of $1530. That means that they only deducted the price of the gates...but still charged me as if they had done all of the other things they were going to do. The took down and removed the old fence in the back and replaced it...but that was all the work they did. Also, second payment was taken out without my permission. I'm very upset about this. How can people be that unfair to customers? I was more than patient waiting to have my job finished...five months after the contract was signed they blow me off. The contract is signed! So it means nothing?

This project was scheduled for June 17, 2016 as of today July 9, 2016 the fence has not been Installed.. The initial date was changed due to weather, it was then rescheduled for June 23Rd, but when the work crew arrived we were told that the old wooden post needed to be removed, we had removed the fence panels, I then spoke with the owner on June 28Th and was told that his crew might be able to do the job on July 2ND, and that he would call if they could or couldn't. I called the morning of July 2nd to advise that the post had been removed and did not receive a call back until July 5th. Please note that this job has been paid in full since May 2017, we are not pleased at all.on July

Had four quotes for PVC installation and chose Country Fence because of the positive reviews and competitive price. Had PVC fence installed on May 23rd and the porch done on June 28th (composite). John and crew are professional and they did a great job. Noticed a couple of dented PVC planks, John returned to replace it - no trouble at all. I am a satisfied customer.

Installer/owner was very courteous .and professional..Very happy with the fence. There was a miscommunication with customer service when an attempt was made for final payment against credit card, (which thankfully didn't go through) prior to job being completed. Wasn't too happy about that. Advice - pay your 50 percent down payment in cash and you won't have this problem.

John and his crew were very professional. Work was completed when promised. Clean up was great. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new deck.
