They came to the house and I explained the leak I had. They came the next day and fixed the roof. They told me if it still happens to call them and they would come back. It's hard to pinpoint a leak at times. When it rained the next time it leaked again. I called Tony and he was back up on my roof the next day. He fixed another area, and told me to call him either way. He did not charge me for the 2nd trip. Well that did it ! I Called him to let him know it was fixed and that he was an honest man of his word. He again said if I have issues to call him and he will be back the next day. This is all I could ask from a contractor, honesty and integrity.

I had a leak around a skylight & went to the HomeAdvisor & found All Phrase Construction which had a 5 Star rating on 133 reviews. I spoke to Tony & he arranged an appointment that day to give me a quote to fix the leak . Tony also showed me a problem with my chimney. Tony & Eric came the next day & did an outstanding job on both. In fact there was a problem with the skylight itself & they replaced it with a new one NO EXTRA CHARGE to me.I would give All Phase 5+ if a could!!They do GREAT work & are extremely honorable. I will recommend them to my friends & will consider them for future projects.
