Tree removal is not a major part of their service. Primary guy knew what he was doing but anything bigger (more than 25 ft. or so) would have been beyond their ability. Did a very good job of cleaning up. Assuming the final price is close to the estimate, it will have a satisfactory experience. Office staff (Kathy) was very helpful.
