I called several movers but Steve gave me the best price. He returned phone calls and made me at ease on the day of the move. The team came right on time and were efficient and did the move on schedule. Great team work! I would definitely use Steve again and would be recommended to anyone needing movers.

Excellent experience. The team was calm , professional, friendly and thoughtful about everything they wrapped and moved ( just one example: remembered to put the shelf pins in a baggie and resurrect them when reassembling) checked in with us if uncertain, confidant and knowledgeable about moving everything. They worked through challenges with no complaints. Best moving experience ever. And if you decide you don’t need a piece of furniture they will haul it for you to a charitable organization. This is a top quality team.

They were very nice and understanding. They handled our belongings with lots of care. They really knew there job and did it well.

I had to find a mover for a client last minute and Steve was the only mover that was able and willing to help me out. Very professional and easy to work with. Steve was very upfront about the fees and broke down the entre process for me ahead of time so I would not be surprised by any added on expenses or possible snags. Flexibility in unusual situations

We used Quick Move and Packing to move the contents of our home to a storage facility while we renovated and then hired them to bring everything back. They are a top-notch company, very professional, extremely nice and helpful and very efficient. Everything came back in perfect condition, thanks to the excellent wrapping they did and they were very careful with all our delicate items. Steve Rocco, the owner, is a great guy, honest and extremely responsive. I recommend them highly.

Horrible horrible experience. We hired Steven Rocco to move our house and outside furniture and items from a detached garage. He gave a quote of $4500 to move everything. Bragged about his newly signed trucks. He said I could pay him anyway I wanted and he would send invoice for deposit. Gave him $1000 and he gave me an invoice. By the time we were able to move, due to closing date change, he could not start the move. But we agreed he would start during the week after the weekend we closed. Our family rented a couple of uhauls the weekend of the move. In 6 hours we moved almost everything out of our 3 bedroom house into two 22 foot uhauls. Went back the next day and finished the rest. When Steves crew showed up there were only 3 guys not 4 as promised. They showed up in a rented penske truck. He told me that they could bring two trucks and have 2 guys loading each truck. They put some items on a 26 foot, but the truck had maybe 8 items on it, some lightweight table and chairs from outside deck, bbq grill and a few other items. I have a picture of how empty the truck was when my wife saw them starting to unload. She was at the new home, my son and I stayed back at the old home. We saw how pathetically slow they were. All they had to do was load, no wrapping or boxing. When I asked about their newly signed truck I was told they didn't want to scratch it by maybe hitting tree branches to get to the back where the garage was. So they manually carried one thing at a time from the garage to the truck near the street. About 250 to 300 feet. They made the one load and there were maybe 10 items in the truck. Tons of space to put stuff. They left to drop off, and I called Steve asking where the 4th guy was, he said he had a family matter. Then latter that 4th guy showed up. Slowest person on the planet. Would grab the smallest lighest item and carry it. When they came back from the 1st almost empty truck drop off, they loaded one item, then the 2nd item they loaded broke the lift on the Penske truck. Blew hydraulic fluid all over the place. We were all ducking out of the way. By the way, they never cleaned that up. Left it on the driveway. They did not go get another truck. Penske truck say there till the next day. Since I saw how slow they were loading the first load, my son and I went to get another uhaul. Since this moving company charges by the hour I could not take a chance waiting for them to finish in a reasonable time. Mind you I never told Steve until he showed up at the end of the night that my family already moved the contents of the house. So I was already expecting not to still have to pay $4500. Steve told me he would have everything moved in a day or 2 and if he needed more time he would not charge more. Now we are all loading the uhaul that I rented. I had no clue the Penske was going to break. Yet I was not updated on if there was going to be another truck or not. I wanted a truck with a lift gate. Most of the stuff in the garage was on wheels. before the penske broke, Steve was telling his working to tell me they wanted me to pay in full in cash that day. It was after hours, no bank lets you take $3500 in cash from an atm. Next day he wanted me there at 9am to give him all the money and he became a gangster wanna be when I tried to speak to him about all the issues.They kept disappearing and I had to chase them. I must say they also broke many of our items. The items on wheels were destroyed, bbq grill was broken, nice outdoor wood patio furniture and many more items. We have pictures. they never finished moving the things out of the garage, disappeared and never returned my calls. Every trip they made was either half full or 1/4 full truck. Bleed the clock and the service sucked. Please call me and we can discuss more. There is not enough space to type all the things we went through.

Steve, the owner has been terrific . He advises and follows up every step of the way. The crew, led by Adam and consisting of Orlando and Freddie are friendly, hard working and diligent in all that they do. I highly recommend them! Easily the best experience I have had with a moving company. I felt very comfortable with Steves level of expertise and he lived up to it. The man is a true gentleman.

We were taken care of from start to finish. We moved our entire home. Quick Move's team were so attentive, careful, and personable. They were an absolute pleasure to have in our home for two days, and operated with such grace and professionalism, and made what could have been a very stressful process into a move that was methodical and peaceful and with immaculate attention to detail. We also received frequent check in's from the owner to ensure we were content, and were kept informed of everything. We have moved many times in our lives, and this was by far the most trustworthy and pleasant of moves. We also worked with Quick Move on a second occasion after Hurricane Ida, where the same team came and helped us deal with all the flood damage. They took such care to help with salvaging items, and worked around the clock to help and get the job done, and still completed the task with complete professionalism and care. We felt completely looked after in both occasions with Quick Move. It's a rare thing to find a moving company that cares for the contents of your home as if they were their own.

I just use quick move and pack a few days ago. The crew was amazing they were also friendly and polite and really knew what they were doing they wrapped every piece of furniture, accessories and personal items that I owned. They were very friendly, courteous and knew what they were doing. There wasnâ t a scratch on any of my walls or any of my furniture. They really seem to love their job and they definitely were professionals. I would highly recommend this company to anyone Who is planning on moving. Adam was the captain he was awesome and the rest of the crew were just as good!
