Great experience from the first phone call to the final paperwork. The techs worked very hard, kept us informed as they worked and did all they said they would plus a lot more. I'm not easily impressed but these guys really impressed me. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

My experience with Mike and his crew was exceptional. Mike communicated very clearly with me about what services would be performed and when they would be completed. The work was completed on time and professionally with almost no interference to the other tasks that were going on concurrently. The final bill was consistent with the estimate (maybe even a little lower...I have to double check). That's the stuff one expects from a professional and alone would garner a five-star review from me.... But wait, there's more: Mike went far above-and-beyond what I expected. When we were looking at the basement, I pointed out a decrepit sofa and some other garbage left by previous owners of the property and mentioned that I would be throwing it all away. He said, that because he had a crew and a dumpster, he'd be happy to haul the junk out for me too. He did this gratis. As he was leaving after the first day of the project, he saw me working on a floor. I told him I was going to try to restore it rather than refinish it. He said that he just happened to have an unused jug of floor restorer which he gave to me the following day. I cannot speak more highly of this company. They are genuinely good people.

Mike and his crew were wonderful! After the horrifying discovery of mold in our closets after remolding, I left an inquiry for them, and the same day Mike called and came. Work was done and complete within 2 days. Highly recommend!!! Hope Iâ ll never have to use again, but nice to know I have them if I need!! Thanks so much!!!

Michael was very responsive from start to finish. He explained the issues, the work that would be done and resolved all issues. Importantly, they scheduled the work immediately, showed up when they were supposed to and were efficient and courteous.

GForce was fast, thorough and professional. From evaluation to removal took only 5 days. Not only was the mold removed, but the root cause of the problem was fixed. The entire team arrived on time in the morning and the project was completed by mid afternoon. During the evaluation, the owner explained the cause of the problem, how the problem was to be addressed, how long it would take and supplied an estimate that evening. During the remediation, the owner kept me apprised of the progress and came to me with any issues. All in all, it was a model for how any service company should operate.

I highly recommend GForce. The entire process from scheduling a walk through, estimate, explaining the process and materials to be used, was very professional. Michael and his crew showed up on time and were very thorough in removing my mold. They were very conscientious in the way they performed their tasks and when they left my house, the house was very clean. There wasn't anything I had to clean or remove. They were great!

Very professional. Explained everything in detail. The technicians were very courteous and they took great care to protect my house while they were doing their job. When they left you could not even tell they were here. The owner was very good about letting me know the process and he answered all my questions and was easy to get in touch with. Mike was beyond phenomenal! Seriously went above and beyond, and followed through on everything he said he would do. Helped me far more than anyone has and didn't even want payment after being the one to finally find where our mildew smell/problem was coming from. Cannot recommend him enough!

Mold remediation requirements can be confusing. Not with Mike! He gave me all of the honest details about what was necessary and what wasn't, and how to pursue the assessor's recommendations. He even called the assessor to verify his work plan was appropriate. He provided a fair quote in less than 12 hours and was available the next day (other quotes took far longer and were higher). This is what you want when you don't want the buyers of your house to get nervous. He was able to take care of the full attic in a day, and now this is behind me and I'm relieved. He and his helper were friendly and professional. Thanks Mike!
