They had a really good selection and they were really helpful. They did not do the installation, we hired our contractor and we went there for the tiles only.

I used the Sam's Ceramic that is located in Cortlandt NY - not the one in Mahopac -- same company.I found the tile I like, the gent was helpful and I left a deposit -- Was called when tile arrived, picked up and took home with out checking the box. Three sheets of tile were cracked -- Called and told my dilemma. They reordered without my returne\ing the first box. Picked up the 2nd order and checked only the top 3 tiles, took home and only then found more tiles broken -- had to again reorder -- when they came once again, we had the store check each and everyone before leaving. It was a good thing that I ordered in advance of the tiles being installed otherwise my kitchen would have been delayed. Their selection was huge and yes, very coperative and I would use them again.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY WERE ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE WORKERS WHO CAME OUT WERE FRIENDLY. THEY DID GOOD WORK.
