I am a full time Realtor® licensed in NY and CT. I have been involved in real estate for well over 25 years. I started in commercial management and investment properties and now focus on commercial and high end residential sales and leasing. I am a successful business owner having run several small companies in Putnam, Westchester and Fairfield counties. I am also an investor in multiple properties throughout the Northeast. I know the ins and outs of purchasing and managing Real Property. My hands on real estate & construction knowledge, marketing expertise, and business experience enables me to evaluate your property accurately, get it listed, and get it sold fast.
