Rochester Environmental and Construction Group was a great decision for me. I needed a company certified in both mold and asbestos removal and they fit the bill. The estimate meeting was comprehensive and professional. Everything was explained in detail and the unknowns were discussed. They were able begin quickly and stayed until completion, including significant added work. Very pleased with the company and the construction/framing guys in particular.

They labor charge was very costly ($291.00) for such a small job that only took 15 minutes, the supplies used was only about $15.00. I think I was severely overcharged and should have been offered a reimbursement from the estimate/cost for the actual work done and time it took to do. I thought the job was simple but I hope is has been done correctly and will not present any problem in the future, time will tell. To their credit, they were on time and delivered.

Called Steve on a Monday, he came to the house on Tuesday, took a sample and e-mailed me the results Thursday night which were negative for asbestos. I would recommend Rochester Environmental

Steve and his team did I nice job to fix the roof leak . They installed new roof shingles.removed and reinstalled drywall ceiling with texture .also did some work on Stairwell, porch pillars &pocket Door .we are very happy with the result. Finished the job in a timely manner as promised. Steve is very professional .always get in touch with you when you have any question. I highly recommend Rochester Environmental. We will use his services again
