Description of Work: I hired them to gut and replace a bathroom and there work is AWESOME!! You may be able to get a cheaper price but you get what you pay for too! I'm hiring them to do the rest of my house!!

 + 1 moreI am very happy with the work that was done. Ian Hintze is a true professional. His crew was polite and respectful. My house was hit by both Irene and Sandy and needed to be stripped down to the plywood. After every work day my property was swept clean of any debris. Ian made sure that the plywood was free of any mold after removing three layers of old siding before the new siding was applied. The stone work is beautiful on my home. Ian made sure that every phase of the job was well coordinated so the work was all done within a week. There was no waiting in between phases because he made sure all materials were delivered and ready for the start o f the job. The most important thing is that Ian listened to what I wanted. My house turned out beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brayjam Construction again.

 + 0 moreEverything went great. They were very neat and clean workers, always timely, and never missed a day except for when we had a massive snow storm.
Description of Work: I previously did a two floor extension with a contactor and finished the first floor extension myself. The second floor portion of the extension was never completed and I recently decided it was time to finish the project. I had Brayjam Construction Inc complete the second floor extension which included a bathroom, a walk in closet, and two bedrooms.
