Williams fence company

Many problems after 3 months . Warranty is worthless because owner wont return calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He will do whatever it takes to get your money then if something is broken you will be on your own.

It went well, the work crew arrived at 9 a.m. on the agreed upon date. The wotk was thorough and detailed, including the insertion into the roof of 8 steel posts used as support for the fencing. They were finished by about 4 p.m

They put in the fence and at first it looked fine. It was in the winter time they had installed it. Come around Spring time someone noticed that the posts weren't cemented in. I had called and spoke to the secretary and she was nice. She said she would let the boss know. My husband stopped in to their office since we didnt receive a phone call back, and they said when they were in my area they would call me. They never returned the call. I called 3 or 4 times and still no return call. I eventually had someone else come out and fix the work and they ended up telling me there were some screws missing.
