I highly recommend SIMS for any construction needs in the NYC metro area. Gus and Bobby take pride in their work and it shows very clearly through their quality and professionalism. They were able to deliver a full gut renovation at a great price, and completed it a month ahead of schedule. As a landlord I have gone through many contractors and I can confidently say SIMS provided not only the best quality of work, but also a stress free experience.
