Service is a little pricey, but always performed well. Very courteous. They will almost always try to upsell you additional services (ie - nitrogen fill for your tires and and quot;concentratedand quot; fuel injector cleaning) but I never get a hard time for refusing these services. While you do pay more for the service than you would at your average mechanic, they'll also give you a loaner car to use for the entire time they have yours. If you can't do without a car for the day, that makes the price worth it. The coffee and bagels in the waiting room don't hurt either.

Lexus offers great care to their customers. The car we have satisfies us every day and we feel that we were treated wonderfully at this dealership. We would be willing to use them again in the future and would only have positive things to tell others about this fine dealership. They provide quality services and place an emphasis on pleasing the customer.
