We dropped off the PCU on April 27th and got the new operational system on 4/30/13. We thought we were getting Window 7 and when Brian Nankey arrived we mentioned that. My husband told Brian to have the Windows 7 installed. Brian picked up the CPU Friday and delivered it to us on Monday 4/6/13. We are pleased with the new system.

I have been bringing my computers to Brian Nankey at JB Computer Services for almost 20 years, when I had a 286. He has always done a great job, and he won't charge you the proverbial and quot;arm and a legand quot; to get your computer functioning the way it should. Fair prices, quick and courteous service - this is the place to in western New York.

The address where the work was performed is JB's address on Davison Rd in Lockport, not my home address. Completion of this part of the rating is somewhat confusing.

Chris was punctual, professional, and willingly answered all my questions. He made sure the computer was working correctly via the wireless network before he left. He had brought two different routers just in case the less expensive one did not work properly. He did install the least expensive one. He was available by phone for further questions after the install. Everyone I spoke with at the company (to set up appt and to pay the bill) was courteous and professional. Definitely would call them again!

The technician, Brian, was very prompt and very professional. His knowledge of systems and interfaces was thorough...even when confronted with my somewhat complex setup.

JB Computer Services was very professional. I felt they asked appropriate probing questions to recover files. They also had a fair price and completed the work on time.
