I was totally surprised at the cleanliness of the facility. Upon entering the bay I noticed everything was automated. Drive up, enter the bay, get out, go to the kiosk and the person there takes care of your paper work. They have a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs and coffee.
I liked the fact I could see my car in the bay area. Everyone was friendly and they even checked my fluids, tires, and air in the tires.
I will definitely go there again. In today's world it is so difficult to find a service provider that can be trusted. I am satisfied with Basel Toyota. Great job!

An oil change and inspection on a car with 130,000 miles is never just an oil change and inspection. Showed me the reason for the extra work and provided an accurate estimate and free courtesy car, something you don't see too often around here. They also have a customer lounge with a fire places, large flat screen tv, with available remote, and free wifi, so it's an easy wait if your staying a while!
