We have operated as Charles Plumbing and Heating for more than 60 years with our home office located in Liverpool, New York. We provide service in a 25-mile radius of our home office including Syracuse and the surrounding metropolitan area. We're proud to have a company that was founded on honesty and quality service, and that culture still exists at Charles today. We strive to make every customer satisfied in every interaction we have with them. I would definitely recommend Charles Heating and air conditioning. On this cold January day, I woke up to a non working 50 yr old furnace. I called Charles and to start the process off was greeted with such a wonderful, cheerful voice on the other end of the phone. I was told that someone would be at my house in 15 min. Jim arrived and assessed the situation with such a professional and helping manner. He sent service technicians, Josh and Conner, to my house within an hr and I had a new furnace in 2 hrs. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable , courteous , and kind. I am super satisfied with the work and price as well! I will definitely call on their services again.

Furnace was replaced first. The installer, Jim, was on time, completed the work perfectly. He even took the time to discuss the unit operation and when I might expect the remaining work the be completed. A great representative of the company.

The Technicians, John and Brian from Charles Heating were very Knowledgeable and efficient. They had to install new pipes and other new connections, since this is a new High Efficient equipment. Zack at Charles scheduled the appointment to replace my worn-out furnace humidifier very promptly. The crew - Jeremy, Rick, Brian Cooper - came on time. They were very courteous and did a very neat job. They wore masks as we requested. They gave me a brief, very helpful explanation of how the new humidifier works, how to change the media, how to change the bypass damper for summer A/C and so on. I like the Aprilaire humidifier that was provided. It is easier to open and replace the media than the previous Skuttle product. All in all very satisfied. Several years ago I had an emergency service to replace a failed water heater. My layout requires a power vent unit so it is a little special. Installer did a very good job on that as well, and the product has been good.

Replace leaky faucet. He did a great job he was right on time he was extremely professional and he was very pleasant and he came out on a Sunday night to fix this for us and it was really an emergency. And and the price was excellent considering it was a Sunday evening. Have his card and will bring him back every time

I had an appointment for a routine air conditioner check and maintenance and I was very impressed with the service I received. The technician from Charles was knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining how my air conditioning system worked. Being a first time homeowner, I felt like the technician really took the time to explain my system and asked if I had any questions throughout the service visit. The service visit lasted longer than I originally thought, but it was because of the incredible service the technician provided. The technician explained next steps for maintenance and/or replacement. I never felt as though Charles was trying to sell me something extra or something that was not necessary. I would definitely use Charles Heating and Air Conditioning again!

Jeremy and Steven installed a new air conditioning system along with a replacement furnace on my house in Syracuse. They did an outstanding job - the work was all professional and neat, and they had no issues working in my crowded basement or placing the condenser in a pretty inaccessible area outside. While I hope to not have to replace my furnace anytime again soon, I would definitely hire Charles again for HVAC, plumbing or electrical work!

It went extremely well! I did not realize how involved it was. The technicians name was Rudolph. He was very patient, professional, courteous and methodical. Cleaning ducts in a house is quit tedious and many hurdles to cross. What a nice guy!!! I have used Charles for a new furnace and central air, Electrical , furnace purifier and duct cleaning. What a great company. I will and recommend them again and again! TX
