Jason was on time and did a 2 Man on his own. Was very polite and professional.

Jeremy and Rick did a great job. They not only installed the AC quickly and cleanly, but they also took time to educate me on how to properly maintain other items in my house's setup.

David Pouliot, service technician, maintained the AC unit and was very thorough and explained everything in detail regarding the steps that he was taking in the process.

The Twice Guys!! The last few visits have not been the historical quality I had come to expect from this company. Shower valve replace and bathroom sink unclog took three trips for them to get it right. My husband renamed them The Twice Guys. They lost my business though when last Friday sent a rude man out that was in such a hurry, it was a crappy job. 1. He was rude 2. He forgot the water was turned off in order to do the requested job so thought the flapper/fill valve needed replacing (which it didn’t) and then CHARGED US FOR IT. 3. Being in a hurry, tightened the bolt on the toilet too much and smashed the plastic part down so now the bolt cover cap doesn’t snap on there. BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE: 4. Got a bill for $557 This was supposed to be an easy replace of the wax ring under the toilet to stop a slow leak. AT MOST, I expected $200 ($99 service charge and $100 for labor and the $6 part). PRICE GAUGING!!!! $282 for toilet remove/replace, $99 service charge, $135 for parts we didn’t need Guy wasn’t here 30 minutes. NOT PAYING THIS! I’D RATHER SPEND $1,000 going to small claims court and waste my time instead of being taken for a ride. LOST MY BUSINESS but more importantly, might want to be concerned with how many people I talk to on a daily basis.

Matt did excellent work on our duct cleaning on 3 January. Courteous, efficient, explaining everything and even tolerating annoying dogs. We are very pleased with the work he did.

Rich and Todd did an excellent job installing my new furnace. They were extremely professional and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They were careful to explain the new features to me. Excellent job!

Brian and Dan arrived on time and got right to work. They did a great job and explained everything to me. They replaced the furnace and air conditioner. The work was estimated to be completed by 2 p.m. and they were done with everything all cleaned up. I appreciate them wearing booties since I have very light colored basement carpeting. I believe I was quoted a fair price.

Paul D and Gerald were on time, courteous, patient, and capable. They listened to what my problems were and addressed the issues. Paul called the office and arranged an appointment with other personnel to have some additional items estimated which are larger in scope; he was upfront about this during the appointment.

We had lost both heat and A/C functions on our unit, and the LED Fault Code readout indicated a short....somewhere! Contacted our "go to" Charles professionals and Dustin J. arrived the next day. He diagnosed the source of the electrical short on the first attempt....amazing troubleshooting! Dustin ensured both functions were back on line post-repair and also provided some informative pointers going forward. As always, a squared away company with very talented Service Techs!

Fast forward 26 months from our excellent furnace installation, and Todd arrived to handle the ductwork upgrade I had spoken about to Jim a few weeks ago. More than two years after he was in our modest Cape for just a couple of hours, Todd immediately knew he had been here before. Pretty amazing. Todd proceeded to do a great job improving heat in the basement, and explained things about ductwork and airflow that I did not know. He was very professional, courteous and personable. But probably the coolest thing is that when I admired the new ductwork system he had connected to the furnace (which required some creativity in a tight space), he said he was proud of what he had done. To me, that says a great deal about someone's work ethic. Thank you, Todd!

Went very quickly and very smoothly. Brian and Karl arrived promptly, were very polite, were fastidious about wearing shoe coverings while going in and out. The outdoor a/c installation was greatly improved. They did a total clean up before they left. We would hire them again in a minute.
