Mike M. was friendly and professional. He checked both heaters and serviced them to make sure they were in working order and that there were no concerns. He also flushed out the Aprilaire Humidifier as the water was backing up and got that in working order. Thanks Mike for a job well done.

Everything was very good..with the furnace ...no complaints at all.... Kacey and Rich was were friendly, professional and competent with the yearly cleaning we had done....I would recommend very highly Charles Heating and Air Conditioning ....

The men, John and Brian, came, covered their feet before coming fully into house, put down tarp, pulled toilet, evaluated problem, fixed it and put things back in order and were gone in an hour AND the work came in under the estimate. Very pleased with result.

The employees called ahead of time and came exactly when they said they would. They were extremely professional and very nice. It was Brian and Stan. I either had Brian or Stan once before and he was so efficient that I called Charles again. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charles again in the future.

Charles is absolutely the best! I've been doing business with them for almost 40 years and they have never disappointed me. HVAC, plumbing, remodeling all have been excellent.

Jayson was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly, and he offered honest opinions about our furnace.

Karl and Todd were great to work with. They were efficient and answered any questions that I had. It took 5.5 hours to finish everything. They even installed a NEST thermostat that I preferred. Would definitely recommend.

Jayson has been to my home two times in the last 4 months. He did a fantastic job installing a new home air condition unit this summer. Unfortunately after 16 years my original air conditioner stopped working. Jayson was very polite and did a great job. I am so impressed with everyone at Charles. From Nancy in their main office to Jayson in the field they could not have been nicer. I now set up a service program to have them maintenance both my air conditioner and furnace every 6 months. I will use them for all of my future needs.

The service was done by Jason. He was very professional and provided thorough answers to my questions. I paid for an air filter although the checkup fee was covered under my maintenance agreement

Very good communication about the appointment that was scheduled from 2-4 pm. They were running slightly late and called me to inform me that he would be late but the call came pretty late into the appt time. Had to miss my run on a beautiful day . Glad they called but would have preferred earlier head's up. My service person, Jayson was very professional, used shoe covers upon his arrival and cleaned the furnace in a prompt manner once he arrived. Overall, a great experience .

Needed 15 year old Payne 90% gas furnace replaced. Chose new Carrier 59SP5A080-16 96.5% AFUE furnace with ECM motor. Very impressed with Charles Heating's entire team. Estimate was within budget and job was done expertly and on time. Couldn't ask for more. Installation team of Karl and Dave completed job perfectly in just over 2 hours. We are very satisfied!!!

John and Todd did an excellent job removing and replacing furnace, left place cleaned up and made sure system working properly. Informed me on proper working and maintanence of furnace. Great experience.

Jayson was an "ACE " service tech. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient worker. He answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. I just signed up for the annual service contract a year ago. it is the only way to fly! Charles is the best in the area!!
