Charles Heating and Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Requested service on furnace which was blowing cold air right after blowing hot air. They gave me 2 hr window. Service man arrived 1hr into window. Note this was at the beginning of a heavy snowfall. It took 2 1/2 hrs which included locating and picking up the needed part again in heavy snowfall. It needed a new electronic board. The old was sending mixed signals which was causing it to heat then cool. After replacement the furnace is working properly now. Side effect was decreased utility bill by 40%. My only negative was seeing on the bill that they offer a service which had I known about it an signed up for it I could have saved $250 on the bill. The service tech was prompt (considering the weather), knowledgeable and performed the needed repairs as quickly as could be expected. I would use them again, but first I'm investigating the cost of the maintenance service first.
