The people at Aardvark are excellent!  They scheduled our cleaning appointment at a convenient time for us.  They recommended what furniture we should remove from the areas to be cleaned and what pieces could stay.  They called ahead of time to confirm and showed up on time as agreed.  The technician was friendly and professional.  I was impressed with his attention to detail!  He took his time and did a thorough cleaning of all areas contracted for.  I will recommend Aardvark to my friends and family and I will definitely hire them again! My wife is delighted! Life is good! :)

Very accomodating with my schedule!  I was looking for something quickly, but closer to late afternoon.  They worked with my schedule and were very professional.  Elminated stains that had been there for years!

He came and went  and I am happy with the result.

My cat got closed out of the room with his litter pan and urinated on a sofa cushion.  The cushions on this recliner sofa are not removeable.  I have had this microfiber sofa for several years and it had some stubborn spots and stains as well as  the urine stink. When I called Aardvark I spoke with the owner who was extremely friendly.  He gave me an appointment for the next day since it was their slow season.  The owner's son arrived right on time.  He put on shoe covers before entering.  After I showed him the sofa he got right to work.   He was very friendly and pleasant and was sure to be aware of the cat.  The sofa now looks like new and the urine smell is gone!  I am very pleased and am glad I found Aardvark on Angie's list.

I was really soured on hiring another professional carpet cleaner after the ones in the yellow van stole my young daughter's prized iPod in 2006 [the employee-thief was subsequently arrested after stealing from other customers, as well], but the whole DIY Rug Doctor task quickly lost it's appeal.  Aardvark had cleaned my office carpets numerous times with no complaints, as well as some of my neighbors' homes, so I thought I'd give them a chance.
John arrived promptly @ our scheduled appointment time.  He spent a LOT of time & effort on my carpets & furniture.  There was only one small spot on the sectional that he couldn't remove fully but worked miracles with everything else that had been tortured by kids & a dog.
Like other carpet cleaners I have looked into, he would not move the entertainment center away from the wall, but when I moved it out myself [Thank God for Super Sliders!], I was pleasantly surprised to discover he did move it back after cleaning underneath.  My feeling is that cleaning AROUND furniture is an incomplete job, but apparently none of the carpet cleaning businesses agree with this philosophy anymore [or their lawyers/insurers don't].  To me, it seems like bathing without washing all the nooks and crannies.
Regardless, my overall experience with Aardvark was a positive one and I fully expect I will use them again.

They did a fantastic job and you would never know that the cat had even had an accident at all. I highly recommend them.

Daughter just purchased a home and I wanted the carpets cleaned as the past owners left them filthy,  Called on the Friday before Labor day and they were able to fit us in for that Tuesday.  They were pleasant to speak with on the phone and I was thrilled they could fit us in.  He was prompt on the day scheduled, as much as he could be, when they were fitting me in.  When he came to do the cleaning I mentioned I thought the price was high compared to others and he was somewhat arrogant with a reply of you get what you pay for.  He was there so I told him to go ahead and clean them.   For the time spent, condition of the cleaned carpets and the small area cleaned, I feel that the price was high for what I received in return.

The company was punctual, professional and thorough. The carpet cleaner was polite and worked non-stop for four hours. He even left some extra supplies for us at no charge. Although not cleaned for 12 years, the carpets look brand-new.

As far as I can tell this is a family business.  I spoke with the father to set the appt up.  He was very responsive and kind and worked with our move schedule to setup the cleaning.  His son arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional.  He inspected our house and provided a very reasonable quote. He wore booties and brought floor coverings in the house to protect our hard wood floors from his equipment.  He was focused and thorough and our carpets look great.  He paid close attention to stains.  A couple of weeks after the cleaning, the owners sent my family an awesome hand written thank you card wishing us well on our move.  Very satisfied.

Firstly, I don't remember when I last had this done. I'm overdue. I also don't remember the cost. However they are very reasonablly priced. Aardvark Cleaning offers a special every month. Usually either one free room of carpet cleaning with service on another room or 20% off the entire order.
I have been using Aardvark Cleaning Services for carpet cleaning for several years. They are very kind, thorough and reasonably priced. I haven't had any problems getting an appointment when I needed one.

No problems at all. He went right to work and cleaned the carpet first, then the furniture.We even received a hand written thank you note about a week after they were here. ;)

I have used them for probably the last 7 years. They are professional, punctual, do an excellent job, their prices are reasonable, and they give coupons. When I need them to come ASAP they will work me into their schedule.

I wanted this work done after painters were finished in my basement. So a month ahead of time, I called Aardvark to schedule the date. They were able to give me the date I wanted. A week or so before the work date, I called to ask if I could add on my family room. They had a tight schedule that day but agreed to do it if I didn't mind them starting at 8 AM instead of 9 AM. John arrived on time, got to work, and had all the work done before lunch. He thanked me for my business, and sent a hand-written thank-you note several days later. I wish others had the integrity and diligence of John and his Dad, Barry. The prices are fair, the work is professional, and the people are more than pleasant. What more could you ask for?

They were very responsive and provided an estimate over the phone.  They arrived right on time and spent an impressive 3 hours working non-stop.  He even whistled while he worked.  Great attitude.  My carpet is over 20 years old and I was on the fence about replacing it, but this carpet cleaning brought it back to life.  Not only is it thoroughly clean, but the crushed carpet in high traffic areas has bounced back and it looks good to go for a while longer. They even sent a hand-written "thank you" note a week later.  There's nothing like supporting a small local business!
