I called Bryon because my computer was totally not working.  He came to my house that same day and after checking out the computer he found the hard drive had crashed.  He would have put a new one in right then but he did not have one with him.  He took the computer back to his shop and installed a new hard drive and new windows as that turned out to be not compatible with the new hard drive.  He was able to save most of the materials on the old hard drive and set up a link on my desktop to access them. He came back the next day (a Sunday no less) with the computer all repaired.  He charged by the hour but didn't round up the time (If it was an hour and 30 minutes that was what I paid and not 2 hours).  Bryon was very knowledgable and more than willing to answer any question and do whatever was necessary to have the computer back up to working and at an even faster speed than before.  He did not charge extra to come to my home  and not even charge for having to come back a second time as he said it was his fault he did not have a hard drive with him. I would very definately recommend him for anyone with a computer problem.      

Bryon was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and professional.  He took the time to explain things to me (since I am not the best with computers) and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs computer assistance.

After several years of heavy use, my desktop PC was due for replacement. But I was in the middle of a major project and needed a quick, short-term fix?onsite. After performing diagnostics that revealed a hard drive on the verge of failure, Bryon reviewed my options, helping me resolve the issue of replacement vs. upgrade. I went with his offer to rebuild my system, which involved installing a new hard drive and a memory upgrade. Using an external hard drive, he moved my files from the old hard drive to the new one. Everything needed for the job was available in his well-stocked vehicle. After a visit that lasted two hours, I had a new and better computer. The cost represented a huge savings over buying a new computer. Onsite service eliminated downtime on an urgent project. I recommend Bryon without reservations. He?s competent, patient, and articulate?all of which leaves me confident that I made the right decision.
