+ 1 moreEverything went smoothly and he was very patent wth us when we made some changes in fixture choices during the job. He was also very helpful in dealing with suppliers when issues came up.
Description of Work: Jim replaced a bathroom for us - a complete ceiling-to-floor job. We felt that his price was very fair and the quality of his work was outstanding. He was punctual and always cleaned up at the end of the day. He finished the job in the time he had originally estimated it would take. Every aspect of his work was exemplary. He put in a new window (there had not been one in the bathroom previously), did a beautiful job on the tiling (walls and floor), installed a new tub, toilet and sink/vanity. Again, everything came out beautifully and we plan to use his services in the future for other home improvements.

+ -1 moreI would recommend him because he did an excellent job. The job done by him was superb because of his attention to detail and the quality. He is somewhat of a perfectionist. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
Description of Work: I used the services of Mass Construction about a month ago and Jim Krause is the contractor who did the work for us. He removed an old tile floor in my foyer, lowered the sub floor and then put in new tiles.
