I could not have asked for a better company in dealing with a flood at my house. Allstate in Farmingdale recommended them while I was standing in my basement watching my my upstairs bathroom flood through the floor. Within 10 minutes I got a phone call from Frank and he had Lou here within an hour on a Saturday afternoon. From the first phone call to the last handshake it was a stress free experience. Lou did the majority of the work in a very professional and friendly manner making sure to explain everything to me along the way. Pete, Sean and Dan (I think) also took are of getting my brand new carpet back to looking great! From start to finish everything was done in less than a week and a half. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely, great professionals deserve recognition. True Restorations helped me navigate the insurance claim and my home looked better than it did before the damage. Best of all, working with them was pleasant and stress-free.

Freddie McKnight is extremely professional and knowledgeable to deal with insurance company. His foreman Matt is very hand on, professional, keeps you informed and make sure all works is done as described. This dynamic duo gives True Restoration very high mark on my book. I highly recommend them.

They were really respectful of our house - put down cardboard on the tile and plastic on the carpet. They were mindful of the young children in the house. Additionally other contractors were complimenting the work they had done.

As far as I am concerned, they are perfect gentlemen, and very hard workers. The work is exceptional. They did a beautiful job on my basement and my bathroom. They were very sociable and helpful, and if I had questions they answered them. They went beyond the call of duty from demolition all the way to the rebuilding of everything.
