Put a request in to HomeAdvisor and immediately got a response. They showed up same day, even though they had a packed schedule, to help with my central air unit and were very honest and straight forward. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I hired Frank because I had no heat, they came out did the work but was not done correctly, I called Frank and he never got back to me so I had to hire another contractor to come out and do the job correctly

I apologize for our lack of communication, your negative input will just help better us in the future. I'm sorry we disappointed you, it was a holiday weekend and we where short staffed and extremely overwhelmed, not an excuse just the facts. "I so sorry that no one got back to you, as the owner I take full responsibility for the lack of communication. Unfortunately this is has been a problem for us lately due to being understaffed. Finding great quality personnel is difficult. Early in the season we get slammed and things just slip though the cracks. Thank you."

Frank and his team absolutely exceeded my expectations. They were prompt and respectful of my time and my home. From our first meeting, he clearly laid out my options in terms of equipment, costs and timeframe, and explained the underlying costs of accessories and labor. When I had questions, he quickly responded via text or phone. My home is now a far more comfortable place to live and, thanks to the greater efficiency of the compressor units Frank installed, my electric bills have actually declined significantly. I would highly recommend Frank and the TEDCO team to friends, family or anyone in need of AC repair, replacement, etc. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.

they responded quickly. Fair price to add s booster to get my aging compressor to start up. My only complaint was that they don't guarantee the work since they say AC unit is too old
