SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH

We had an AC condenser replaced (as did many on our block) after Sandy because we flooded. Tedco called within 2 minutes of my H Advisor request. Laura promised someone next day 9-11. He was here at exactly 9 AM. He said the condenser we had was extremely poor quality and needed to be replaced. He said they are not a company that is great for warranty coverage but said he would try. We told them to replace it - warranty or not. They quoted a price and set an install date. He came back to us and said he WAS able to get rebate so it will be less than 50% of what we expected. I work with contractors all the time and I have to say THIS is what 5 STAR service looks like!! Fast, courteous, fair price quotes, knowledgeable about the brands and HONEST.

He was a pleasure and gave me a heads up that although he was going to correct the problem now, there may be a need to revisit the problem and perhaps change out some equipment in the future. Frank was in and out - but in the best way. We've been having such a hard time finding a good HVAC person, and we were able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes! First time using HomeAdvisor, and it was definitely a great experience!!
