These people gave me the best estimate a few months ago. The time came that I needed a whole new system put in and they kept the same original quote. There were a few obstacles they had to overcome but that did not delay them or charge me additional. They had to work in a tiny area to install the gas boiler. They laid cardboard on all my floors and when done cleaned up everything. They answered all the questions I had for them. They also did another plumbing job for me that other plumbers could not figure out how to do. These 3 guys are great plumbers and really know their business!

The three men worked hard. I would use them again and will request the same three men.

Frank came to my house with no presentation at all. I had to ask for a business card. He showed up at my door with not tools or nothing to start the job.

Service was completed promptly and correctly by a pleasant service pro. His charge was reasonable, he returned calls promptly and arrived when he promised.

Mike came to my house about 3 hours late on a saturday, but was able to identify the problems quickly. Needed a part for the condenser and had to reschedule for another appointment. Frank, the owner, showed up the following week with the part and fixed the problems speedily. Courteous and honest, and didn't try to do anything else beyond what's needed. Didn't break anything else purposely like some other contractors that I had before. You should expect good honest service from Frank, but just be prepared to wait for a few hours.

Are difficult to schedule. Had to practically waste a whole Saturday waiting for them as they could not tell me exactly when the Tech would be there.

When my AC stopped working I have repair magic a call and they set me up with Frank to complete my repair. I called the number, left a message and within 30 minutes I received a call back to schedule the repair. Frank was very friendly and was able to identify the issue with my AC within minutes of looking at it. He had the parts with him already so he was able to get me up and running within 20 minutes. I will definately recommend him to my friends.
