They were great & quick!

Tedco proved to be an excellent choice. They needed to troubleshoot our heating/AC Split system and kept at it tenaciously. Even calling the Manufacturer until the problem was properly determined. After 3 visits, the part was replaced and our system has been restored in good working order. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent in every way !

The initial fee was $150, before they would do any work they requested an additional $75. The work they completed did not solve the problem. I asked for an estimate to do the job right. The worker advised an estimate would be available in a few days. It has been two weeks, no estimate as of today. And no follow-up call to enquire if I still need the work. This company will not be recommended by me in the future.

They were punctual, pleasant and answered my questions. When I asked them to clean out the outside air conditioning box they agreed and did it. I was glad about that. My problem was fixed by a solution they offered to add to the system to plug tiny leaks. They saved us in this heatwave. Thank you.

They came in a timely manner. told me that I needed 2 parts, replaced them but the unit still did not work. The next thing I know, I need another part, and the price keeps going higher. I ask tech about the issue and he suggests that I can just pay for diagnostic and that he could take parts out. I found it unprofessional at that point and gave him an offer. we came to an agreement somewhere in the middle.

Called me right back and on time

The service technician was very good. I just don t remembered his name at the time of this review. He fixed our issues quickly and efficiently. The only issue I had that prevents me from giving them 5 stars across the board is the fact I was told I would be emailed a receipt for the services provided however it has been over a week and at the time of this review I have not received it. I do recommend this company they did contact me quickly and the service was exceptional.

Really glad I called Tedco. I initially called Apple Air - they sent a tech to my house to check out my central air unit that was having issues. The tech said I needed a new motor and a new board. No one even called me back, they just randomly sent me an email the next week with an outrageous quote on a motor (not a board, just the motor) for what was quite literally $1000. I called Apple back to ask if the quote was for the motor *and* board or just the motor - because some quick research showed me that motors do not cost 1k. They said it was for just the motor. After being put on hold for a few minutes, whoever I spoke to said the board would be about an additional $500. So, Apple wanted to charge me $1500 for this job. I called Tedco and wound up in contact with Frank. I asked him what motors generally cost because I felt like I was getting scammed by Apple. Frank gave me a rundown of what it typically costs for a new motor and to assure me he was being fair, he told me to not tell him what I was quoted by Apple until after he threw some numbers at me. Sure enough, their quote was way too high. Frank asked me to send a photo of my unit so he could get me an exact price. Laura got back to me a bit later and told me they would replace the motor for $550 installed. Almost *half* of what Apple was trying to charge me. The motor was not in stock, so they had to order it - which was fine. Frank suggested we hold off on the board until the techs came here and installed the motor because he did not want to charge me for a part I did not need. Well, the techs came last week, installed the motor and showed me that I did not NEED a new board. They got me up and running without replacing it and my unit has been working beautifully ever since. Laura and Frank are both super nice and both of the techs who came were really helpful. One of them showed me exactly what he did and how he got my unit running again. I appreciated the transparency. I literally saved $1000 by calling Tedco. I would absolutely recommend them if you are having AC issues. And also, stay the heck away from Apple. Not only did they try to rip me off, but their customer service was also terrible. No follow up calls or anything. Obviously my business was not all that important to them, so I went elsewhere.

We were very pleased with TEDCO. The tech, Christian was very knowledgeable and evaluated the problem very quickly. Also, Laura in the office was extremely friendly. Will definitely call them again if needed and would absolutely recommend them.

So far so good. Central a/c unit was leaking. He blew out line. However leak is still occasionally leaking. They said they will send someone back. Unit is in tight spot

Very fast an efficient

This was a good experience from the start. Laura, who took my problem over the phone and set up my appointment was so pleasant and helpful. The mechanic who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I would definitely hire this company again based on my experience.

Had an issue with my AC not cooling the home quickly because I needed Freon and they were able to come to my house within hours to fix it. Great experience.
