Frank fixed a CAC problem in 90 minutes that another "expert" was bumbling & stumbling with for 12 days. Glorious cold air again flowing through the vents. Outstanding. Arrived on schedule as well.

After I submitted my inquiry online, I don't think 3 minutes passed before the people at Tedco called me to respond to my inquiry. Then, they were able to swing by the same day to check out my a/c. I would highly recommend Tedco based not just on their superior customer service, but on the quality of the services.

Sent out a service request via HomeAdvisor for a malfunctioning AC unit on a Sunday evening, which happened to be Mother's Day, despite the timing Frank @ Tedco called within 2hrs of my request and ready to diagnose and repair the issue the next day. Honest vendor, not pushy in the least, sensitive to price vs practicality - encouraged me to even price out the job with other vendors before committing to anything. We set up a time, and he was extremely punctual and just genuinely a pleasure to work with. Would recommend and will be using the company again if a problem presents itself.

Prompt, did a good job and left me happy.

The senior technican, Frank did not come out to the property, he sent some one else who could not assess the problem properly and installed an incorrect part and left us without heat over night after spending 8 Hours to repair the boiler. The next step was to call and come by the next morning which they failed to do or to return my calls. We hired another company to come out and that is how we learned that they installed a portable water expansion tank which is not suitable for the boiler and would cause water to leak out so I would not recommend this company to anyone because he bailed.

Hired to clean boiler,said he wouldn't do because I needed a new boiler-$1300 to $2000 also new flue pipes up thru roof $400 to $500.He told me he would email me all information for my landlord that night,never heard from him again.Charged me $120 and left after 15 minutes.Three days later the boiler was cleaned and it has worked like new since.

Frank was very honest, did a nice repair job and was very reasonable on the charge. I would call first again in the future.
