Frank was very courteous on the phone and another guy came from the company to do the emergency repair for me. I would call them in the future, if anything else would ever be needed with my air conditioning.

I dealt with frank directly.He was couteous and knowlegeable.he descibed 2 likely things that caused the problem with the a/c.When he came to the house he diagnosed it to be the lesser priced repair and fixed it on the spot.Very thorough fair and honest.He could as easily told me it was the more expensive repair and I would have been none the wiser.Highly recommend this co.

I didn't actually hire them. They called in response to my service request. I described the problem and they talked me through a likely fix with a suggestion to call back the following day if that didn't work. The fix worked so I never needed them to come out to the house. They could have easily just come out to the house and billed me. That kind of customer service assures that when I do need a repair, they will be the first company I call.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from this company. Frank was polite and prompt. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Office staff was friendly and helpful with scheduling an appointment that fit my availability. I will not hesitate to use them again!!

After 22 years we did a complete central air replacement. The workers had to remove and install the attic air handler in a very tight space. The Goodman system they put in is working fine.

Frank came to my home on a Saturday night, everyone else I spoke to told me I had to wait till Monday. My home was reading 89 for a couple of days & I was melting. If someone wants to work, they have to accommodate their customers even if it is a Saturday night. Frank's secretary kept in touch with me often telling me of his schedule and keeping me updated of his time of arrival. I haven't come across this kind of customer service in quite a while. and it's quite refreshing, Frank is a hustler and will always do well in business because of it, where the others told me to wait till Monday, I guess they really didn't want the job. He assessed the problem in a few minutes and had to wait till Monday anyway because my unit froze & needed time to melt the ice. If anything, I will not hesitate to call him again. I am now enjoying my air conditioned home & what a pleasure.

Not that familiar with steam home heating, cast iron radiators. Sat with the tech and walked the fix. Can mot blame them as there are very few steam systems in houses today. Was polite very clean and a very fair price. Tech replaced the shutoff valve and chipped some tile and problem solved When running late should call customer to let them know and give a new time of arrival.
