Dealing with the owner was fine. The service technician did an excellent job in running up my bill. He changed my in house filter by bending 3 of the four sides of the filter to make it fit. I had bought the filters last year and since i gave them the measurements, I expected it to fit, not to be broken to fit. The whistle the air made as it went around these breaks was very annoying. I will not say anything about needing 3lbs of R22 at $75 per pound.

Frank gave me an estimate to replace a relief valve and expansion tank which was by far less than another home advisor pro. When he arrived to do the job he was professional and courteous. He looked over the furnace and repaired another problem besides replacing the tank. He determined the relief valve was in working order and left it in place. His bill was actually less than the estimate. He spent time and reviewed the furnace and hot water heater with me and answered all my questions. I will be using Tedco group fore future needs and recommend you do the same.
