I was looking for help Sunday morning. It was one of the hottest weekend in August. Tedco contacted me after I searched for help on Home Advisor. They said they can come in an hour and they did. Kevin was professional and detailed. He spent a good 45 minutes in my super hot attic and found the problem. Luckily he had the spare part to replace it. I felt the price was fair given the circumstances.

Even in the dog days of August, he came within an hour, got the part and fixed it. Could have taken advantage of the hot weather to overcharge, but I thought the price was fair.

Well of course my A/C decided to go out on one of the hottest days of the year and on a Sunday. All I can say is Frank was the first one to contact me and he got the job! And this was before we read the reviews on Tedco. I was desperate to get the air going because I have two large dogs who were already panting, as well as ME, their mommy. I was sure this was going to cost a bundle, being an emergency call on a Sunday. I had no idea what they were going to tell me was wrong with the A/C. I braced myself for the worst possible scenario, $$$$$$$$. A service gentleman came in, very courteous and got to the job at hand. I have to say someone else could have surely taken me for ride and sold me the bridge to go along with it. But their honesty and integrity proved that there are still reputable business people out there. The gentlemen fixed it within 5 minutes, came in with the part that was worn from being old and used. I honestly was in shock and the house was already getting cool! And the price to replace the piece was reasonable and fair. Thank you Frank for being the one to call me first. If needed you will be the one I call again and certainly tell everyone I know about your services. Bless You!!!!! Reliable, honest and will definitely use again and recommend!

Professional, kind, clean, great group of guys to work with.

They provided an excellent product during the hottest spell of the year and did so in the most professional manner possible. There were several interesting challenges (both foreseen and unforeseen) encountered during the installation. Frank and his crew handled them with real grace under fire (or at least high heat!)

Lost central AC in the middle of a heat wave. Frank called within 10 minutes of posting the job. Set up an appt for the next day. He arrived promptly,quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and did the repair.

I could not find a repairman to come in the evening when may A/C broke down in the heat. Then I contacted Home Advisor online. Frank from TedCo CALLED ME and was there in 20 minutes. A few moments later we were operational. Great job!

They came and did a thorough investigation on my AC system. They could not fix it at the time so did not charge me which I though was exceptional. I spoke with the owner Frank who determined I need a whole new system. I told him I am shopping around but would definitely consider him for the job.
