They are truly professionals. They said they would show up and they did. It was same day service, on one of the hottest days. The receptionist keep calling us to give us updates on when he would be coming. When the service man showed up, he was very knowledgeable on what to do. Would definitely recommend this company .

I met with Frank the owner of the company. Initially I got a prompt response from Laura she is an employee of the company. Laura was very professional and energetic. She was able to have someone come and see me at my home the same day that I contacted the company which I appreciated a lot. Thanks Laura ! Frank was very helpful and his expertise and know how regarding Central AC Systems was impressive. He was very straight forward and honest. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. He performed the service on both my Air Conditioning units while I was watching him the entire time and he even explained things to me as he went along working on my units. He had nothing to hide. Over all I was very satisfied and pleased with the work Frank performed. I would not hesitate to recommend Frank and his company. When I replace my existing Central Air Conditioning system I will contact Frank.

I hired Frank from Tedco through HomeAdvisor. After a long day he came out to my house after 9pm. After an initial diagnostic he told me that my compressor/fan was not getting voltage. He went to my basement and low and behold someone had switched off my A/C circuit breakers. I was upset that it was so simple (And I still had to pay for the service call, but that wasn't Frank's fault). He was honest and I could see he felt bad. He topped off my R-22 for free (Not sure how much I needed, but at $90/lb even if I took one pound I was pretty close to making up my service call fee). I also was struck by one thing Frank said when we spoke on the phone. He said "I love to fix $h!t" (As opposed to throw away and replace). He is honest and down to earth. Someone you'd rather have a beer with than fix your A/C, but there you go. Highly recommend.

Since it was going to be an expensive job I did a lot of research and consulted friends to decide what to do. Frank was patient and answered all my questions. He also went way beyond what I expected to help me prepare for the job. By the time his crew started I was comfortable that they would do a good job, and they did. I intend to recommend him.

Very honest!!

Frank, the owner of the company called me immediately and came over to my house the next day. Did not require a payment for the visit and estimate. Replaced my split system A/C unit. Work was excellent, efficient and neat. Fair price. Honest and polite. Highly recommended.

I though they were good and honest and the fixed my air conditioning

The tech came in and did not take me for a ride. Told me that it was in old unit. But I should be fine with it. But also told me that I should be ready for a new A/C any way.

Repaired leak in air conditioner and diagnosed the problem promptly. Personable and polite.

Somehow my central AC and Heat got crossed and when I turn on the AC, it was triggering the heating to blowers. I submit a request online for an appointment and received a call from a tech named Frank. I told him my issue and he immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it could be the thermostat or the circuit board. When I removed the thermostat I noticed that one of the wire was loose. I reconnected and now my unit is working perfectly. Frank is an honest man...he could have come to my house and charge me for fixing this minor issue but instead, when I told him that I fixed the issue and he thank me for contacting his company, even though he didn't get paid for his services. No, thank you Frank...you now have a customer for life. I will definitely recommend Tedco and Frank to all my friends and family.
