Description of Work: They took out & replaced our oil furnace & inside oil tank with a new & efficient natural gas system. Although they took 2 days to do so, they were professional and neat in every aspect of the job. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends/relatives.

Description of Work: JP Joyce did our oil to gas conversion in february 2012. I was happy with the job they did then, but we are now experiencing a slow leak in one of the pipes leading to the hot water storage tank. This may or may not be the fault of their work in 2012. I am not giving them an F because of that. I am giving them an F because they have not returned any of the four messages I have left with their contracted out answering service over the last month in order to have this problem checked out. I can't talk to anyone directly from the company when I call, nor do they take the time to return my many phone calls. I don't know what happened to them since 2012, but the service has become unresponsive.
