Hired him last year, and paid him for two jobs at my house. He completed one of the jobs, but couldn't do the second job on the same day, and asked if he could return to complete it. He asked me later if he could delay the second job because of the cold weather, so I agreed. As the weather warmed up, I hit him up to inquire about completing the second job, more delays. Was scheduled to come back. He was a no show, and he did not give me a courtesy call to explain why he did not make the appointment. After another rescheduled appointment, he called to reschedule that one. Another time he stated that it would be raining, it did not rain. He was scheduled to come back another time, but said that it was supposed to rain. The forecast did not call for rain that morning. He never showed up, and again he never had the decency to call me after I made sure that I would be home again, as I did the other previous times. He made the excuse that he does not control the weather, however it did not rain on either of the last two scheduled appointment days. After I waited, and then waited for him to get back to me, he said he would send me a refund for the second job that I paid for. I haven't received it yet. I'll pass on using him in the future, and it is sad, because I had other work for him too.

He took on to many projects at once, so it took to long for this project to get done.

John is a pleasure. Hired him to repair, power wash and paint my wood deck. Deck looks brand new. Will hire again!

I hired John, because he responded imminently after I applied to Home Advisor. I agreed to his recommendation on painting my front stoops and railings. He also help me to decide and choose the rite color of my front stoops. He was reasonable and very nice, wherever the next day I notes that first stoop and sides of the steps need a second coat. I was expecting a fallow up call from John about my satisfaction. But nothing, so a couple days latter I have to call and ask for touch up job. I will no recommended to my best friend, but its Ok if you are looking for a job done fast and resemble.

John is a hardworking stand up guy with an incredible skill set. He has helped our household with multiple projects including plumbing (fixing a leak), electric (installing lighting fixtures) and carpentry (hanging window treatments). He has always done a great job and we will continue using him for future projects. He is on time, reliable, trustworthy and always fair. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great handyman but it is safe to say that John's knowledge and skill is even beyond just that.

Mr. John Torres is hard working individual who perfectly what he has to do. He is honest, gets in time, and did many different jobs for us. He installed a hub over the range, he painted the garage and move different things around. He help us with the installation of the cover for the garaged floor, he did some pluming work , etc. I give him a 10 score.
