I was referred to the provider by Anderson as the factory-trained technicians in my area. Overall, I was pleased with the work done to correct the door, which we were unable to close or lock properly. It was difficult to reach the provider. It took three calls to reach the provider. Once a time was established, the tech came to my home and completed the job quickly and professionally. I think the price paid for the work was a bit steep (all labor, no parts needed) since it took only a few minutes to make the repair. However, training and a job done correctly the first time was worth the money.  I normally like to get a few bids for a job, but we were stuck as they are the only Anderson techs in our area listed with the manufacturer. So far, we have had no other issues with the door, but I would call them again if I did.
