I consistently go to the concord store in latham to have my water tested. They always do a great job of explaining to me what I need, and often times what I don’t need. This year, I had algae that I could not control. It took me 3 times at concord before I was able to kill it all off, and the staff was always willing to help me through this. They swayed me away from pricey chemicals that I was told by other chemicals would kill algae, but turns out it just prevents it. They also made sure I didn’t waste my money on adjustment chemicals when I was battling this problem, since I was always backwashing and adding new water. I will always trust concord with my water chemistry needs!

I went to Concord pools for an in ground pump problem. The company that actually installed my pool was no help at all and I have had issue after issue with. And another company I called wanted $1700 to replace something that didn't need to be replaced. Then came Concord, they treated me like they installed my pool and I had been a customer there for 20 years. They came to my aid immediately and literally saved my pool season. No other pool company I will ever need or use other than concord from now on.

Brian at the Saratoga store is always very friendly and professional. It is always a pleasure dealing with him because he is so knowledgeable about all the products. The staff at the store is outstanding. I have been going there for 10 years.

"It is always upsetting to us to hear that we let a customer down. It is our goal at all times to attain 100% customer satisfaction. In Mr. [member name removed]’s case, it is more troubling because we have no record of doing any service for him. Additionally, the repair he describes, apparently that of changing a pump seal, is not something we generally do. It is also our policy to take care of any damage we cause. Concord's service is excellent and I recommend them highly. I never had a pool before and was surprised at how easy it was to take care of by following Concords recommendations...and this pool is 26 years old...so I'm very pleased.

They are definitely one of the best in the area. I like their reputation and they are always on time. We never have a problem with that. They are going to be there when they said they are going to be there. They will call us the night before they will show up. They were very prompt and consistent. They are also very good. They are neat and they get everything done. They are just really very professional. We have been their customer for 14 years now. My parents used them too and I probably know them for 20-25 years.

I emailed the owner Mike Giovanone and asked for him to send me a representative to look at my pool to give me some options. He came to my home instead within the week. After our initial meeting we then met at his office and went over all the options available for my renovation. He made suggestions I didn't even know existed, such as the deck jets. I picked out the new liner, we set the date for construction to begin, he gave me a list of sub-contractors he works with to call for the electrical, gas, concrete, etc...
The day we took the cover off, I was horrified at the condition of my pool, it looked awful, I knew it needed work, but I had no idea it was that bad!!! Within a week, my pool had been transformed into a beautiful sanctuary I couldn't wait to dive into!! It is breathtaking and I haven't even done the concrete work or the landscaping yet!
I knew that Concord would do a good job, they were the original builders of our pool and continue their stellar work and customer service 32 years later. I wouldn't dream of dealing with any other pool contractor.

After speaking with several local pool builders, we chose Concord Pools because of the overall package and quality of their pool and extended warranty. Prior to selecting them, we went around our own neighborhood and spoke to neighbors to get feedback of their installations, the problems the costs and the final results. There were obviously many choices of local builders, but hands down, Concord Pools had the best results and best looking pool installations we saw.
We saw a variety of styles and installations during our search, and had lots of questions for our Sales Rep, Bryan D'Ambro, who took the time to review each and every concern, including coming to our home throughout the installation process to assure the project was going as planned. Because of the grade of our yard, the installation was certain to be a challenge, but the experienced installers of Concord Pools had no problem installing an amazing pool.
Since our installation, we've spoken to other neighbors who chose another local builder and unfortunately did not have the same positive results, even though they paid almost the same amount for their pool. Therefore we recommend that people look at all details and results before selecting their pool builder.
