They were very prompt.  They were efficient.  The cost estimate was right on target.  They did very good quality work and didn't leave a mess or anything.  I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very professional service from start to finish. Todd (my contact at Ambrose) came and gave me an estimate and as soon as I accepted it he contacted the utility company and arranged to meet with them to ensure that the work would be done in a manner acceptable to them (specifically, that the new cable would be located appropriately). As soon as I told Todd about the leaks, he sent someone over to fix them, and throughout the project he was very good about returning phone calls and keeping me up-to-date as to what was happening. He coordinated with the utility company as well as with the city inspector to get the work approved. Both the men who did the actual work were efficient and professional, and left everything in good order. The only delays in the job arose from the difficulty of getting appointments with the utility company, but Todd kept on top of that. This was a good company to work with, and I have already recommended them to two friends.

The problem involved a ceiling fan, and they corrected the matter quite quickly. Overall, I was quite pleased with them. They were prompt, reasonably priced and courteous. The young man who came out to do the work was very professional, was here on time and did very good work. I have used them in the past too. I would rate them highly and would probably call them again in the future if necessary.

Todd came out to give estimate. Very professional and courteous. He emailed me the estimate the next day. After I signed contract, Todd scheduled me within 2 weeks. Service man showed up right on time at 8 AM. Worked all day. He was great. Did all work requested. Cleaned up. Great job.

showed late on the day they scheduled to come and do the work, rescheduled for the next day. When I called to get an estimate of arrival time the technician didn't have my appointment on the list. I was supposed to hear back on the phone from someone to answer questions about wiring for high speed Internet and there was never a call. I was very disappointed in the overall lack of follow through with this company as I relied on the "A" rating they received here on Angie's List.

I feel very safe calling this company for any of my electrical needs. They are a very professional company from the people who answer the phones to the service people. They are courteous, friendly and professional. The repair person was punctual and fully prepared to fix the problem. Both service people that came to make repairs took the time to listen to my questions and concerns about what they were fixing and other problems that may need fixing.

Company was recommended by a co-worker who had similar work performed. Sales person and installer were prompt, courteous, and professional. Company was timely in co-ordinating with National Grid for removing power. Workmanship of installer was excellent. Worker observed safety precautions and kept the working area clean. I highly recommend this company.
