Superior are really great to work with - when you call with an emergency, they can generally have someone out to look at the situation very quickly. In this case, they rootered the sewer line to get it working again temporarily and then gave us an estimate for replacement. We got a couple of other estimates just to be sure and called Superior back to schedule the job about 2 weeks later. In the interim, I called them to ask a couple of questions and felt like the answers I got were kind of cursory, but I also didn't have the estimate in front of me when I called so that might have been partially my fault. When we did call them to schedule the job, they were able to come the next day! The work crew arrived well before I was expecting them. As we discussed the work, they said they were probably going to have to remove some of our landscaping, which we were expecting. Jim said that if they did take anything out they would put it back but that they wouldn't be liable if it didn't survive, which we also had been anticipating. I requested that if they had to make a choice about what to take out, that they try to leave on particular rhododendron and he said they'd try. All in all the job took less time than I expected - they arrived a bit before 8 am and were done by 3:30. As it turned out, they were able to do the job without removing any of the landscaping. It's too early to tell what kind of shape the yard is in (the work was just done yesterday).

The representative that came from the company was very professional and very polite. He explained the process to me at every step. He cleaned up all the dirt created from the jack hammering of the floor and also added an access panel so I wouldn't have this problem again. If the pipe gets blocked again, they can go through the access panel.

They were very friendly when they were there working for us. They were very professional about the job. They had showed up on time. They had cleaned up everything when they were done.

Superior Plumbing was very helpful. They came in right away. They got the work done fast. It was a very good experience. I would of liked it to be a little cheaper but the work that was performed was to my satisfaction.
