We had a dishwasher delivered to our house and it was a series of bad events. The delivery men arrived several hours past the estimated window, the dishwasher is missing a piece that was supposed to have come with it, there was plastic packaging stuck underneath the screws which cannot be removed with normal tools and the delivery people broke our front screen door. Upon bringing this to the attention of the store and service department they will take no accountability whatsoever, stated the missing piece and plastic were the manufacturer’s fault and customer responsibility and claimed that our broken door was pre-existing (It definitely was not). It opened and closed properly immediately prior to the delivery men arriving, and it now hangs crooked. I do not appreciate, respect or endorse a company that dismisses a customer’s concerns and refuses to own up to their employees’ destruction of a homeowner’s property. Previous loyal customer lost forever. They are apparently too heartless to care though. Maybe other potential customers will be spared by this review. Go elsewhere.

Go anywhere but this place waited 8 months for fridge came in broke after spending 6000 still doesn’t work they also did 2000 damage on my hardwood floor go anywhere but this place for appliances the place is a scam I am in the process of small claims do yourself a favor every employee passes the the buck I have video and documention. Was very helpful at the store. The sales rep spent extra time looking up additional discounts, which we received. They kept in constant contact about the delivery. The purchase, delivery and installation went great. I would purchase from them again.

They were prompt came the first thursaday and had to order parts, came back the next thursday and installed the parts, oven door works like new. Was worth the service call- only charged one time for service call even though parts had to be ordered

They are a regular appliance retail store. It cost me almost $500. The washing machine has been working fine since I purchased it. I did try to get a machine that was of decent quality. I had received some recommendations from them at the store. They spent some time with me discussing my various options. So, all of that was good.

They have the best prices and they have a large selection. So, I always check with them when I need something. They have all the big brands; they have everything that I need. The staff is friendly and professional. In the past, they had recommended a separate company for installing the appliances. Once, the installation company dropped an appliance by a foot. It stopped working a few years after installation. I am not sure if they follow the same policy now. I think I paid $600 for the washer. They added on an extended five-year warranty for free as I had asked for it. I do not think I had to use the warranty. I have been happy with their quality. I will use them again in the future.

Our Maytag frontloader developed a leak and then the bellow popped out, making the washer unusable. We had bought the machine in December 2009 at Orville's and I knew the one-year manufacturer's warranty had expired, so we initially called an independent repair shop that we had used before. The estimate was around $250, so we decided to get other estimates and called Orville's. I had forgotten that we had purchased a 5-year extended warranty (we almost never do, but this was an expensive purchase), but when they looked up our records, there it was. They ordered a replacement bellow, arranged a visit, and did the repair. The repairman also offered helpful suggestions on keeping the bellow in good shape. It took about a week to get the replacement part, which they did not have in stock, but aside from that the visit was quickly scheduled and the repair performed efficiently. We have purchased other appliances from Orville's and it's been a good experience. We'll definitely continue to buy from them again and will have appliances serviced by them too.

oBVIOUSLY THERE WERE PROBLEMS . But I credit them with sticking to their comittment to not charge any extra labor fees. I dont measure the work just by how smooth iot goes but how they handle it when it doesnt go smooth! Orvilles is good. Id recommend them as honest and reasonable.

The sales team here is very good and highly helpful. The man I dealt with was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I have used this place for the last decade. I got a refrigerator and a stove from them as well. They are a smaller appliance center that has it all. I think they are great.

The service was covered by warranty. The phone appointment process was handled promptly and was flexible when we needed to change. Repair man was prompt as scheduled. However, he was unhelpful, rude, dismissive of concerns, and not informed about product. He stated that we should expect the motor to run 50% of the time, whereas we later located some service information which indicated that the motor should be on 25% of the time. He refused to check whether refrigerator was level ("not my job") and said if it was uneven I should use a "roofing shingle." Fortunately, we were able to locate appropriate information and make the necessary adjustments to correct the problem. A call to the service manager was not returned.

I was very pleased with the work Orvilles did. The tech Jim was very professional, and polite. He assessed the problem, and said he had to replace the coupler. He even showed me the broken coupler. I will definitely use them again.

Generally, I find their prices are the most reasonable around. Sometimes the sales associates are high-pressure, depending on the person you get. Theyll always tell you they charge for shipping. Tell them youll buy the item if shipping/setup/take away is all free. They do it every time. They can usually deliver the item the next day. Delivery people have all been neat, friendly, and helpful.
