If estimate is accepted by client a contract will be in place to make both parties comfortable. Payment will be as discussed and will be divided into 3 payments, first day of project , middle of project and the end of project. If needed we will sub contract only as needed. Time is of essence with every project but we will not rush any client's project if there is a situation were a client needs a deadline job it will be met with satisfaction and enough man power to carry out the clients wish.
