Nice enough guy they sent over, no complaints about the people they send out who were just hired by them. But... they quoted us 3800 for a job that Home Depot did for 1700 with a better unit, and much better warranty. So it seems the prey on people who have an urgent need for serivces, that was a very jacked price. Stay away.

They were very prompt. Have a great warrantee. Did a beautiful job installing and cleaning up.

Clean and thorough

They came out and charged me $1,683.72 for 2 hours of work and told me that my Air conditioning leak would be fixed for that price .They also told me that there was oil found on the suction line leaving the indoor coil right near the braze joint. They never did any dye test for any leaks, they only did a pressure test for 15 mins .Well in 1 day later the line was still leaking and I called them and they tell me there work is no GUARANTEED. That they would have to charge me again to come out and pay more money. They called me told me to replace the unit now. They should have cam back and fixed it . So now I will be moving forward with Better business Bureau . And the Attorney General Office . I would never use a company like this that would rip people off. I will make sure that I pass the word in my community.

They were busy and had to wait but went good

They came to assess a leaking boiler and tried to sell a brand new boiler for over $10,000, and another contractor repaired it for a few hundred dollars. The technician forgot what brand I had and did not seem to know what he was talking about.

The guys doing the job did well. Very courteous and clean.

I know I was overcharged for what the plumbers work, while he did a great job, the price I paid was way too high. I will never use them again.

Chris and Trevor did a great job responding to my emergency AC issue. Chris was pleasant, efficient and contacted Trevor the tech. Trevor was knowledgeable and personable as well as responsive.

Very professional, larger co. with excellent customer service and follow up. Plumber arrived on time and finished a portion of the work, with need to order parts and come back to finish the job. So far, very pleased with the work, but services are expensive and done by the job, not time and materials.

The service was extraordinary we have this system 8 yrs and the previous installer was horrible Gary showed us how to use this system that we never knew I cannot thank Gary and JSP enough
